Neighbouring Rights Application Form- Performer

Hey thank you for your interest in having us represent you for Neighbouring Rights.

SHARE OF ROYALTIES:

A share split determines how the royalties will be paid to all interested parties registered on a work. The shares in a song recording are considered as a single unit and must be equal to 100%.

The default share split for Neighbouring Rights is as follows:

50% Allocated to the Performer(s)

However, if there is an agreement between the parties, royalties will be allocated according to that agreement.

A copy of this registration will be sent to all shareholders listed. There is a seven-day period within which any adjustments can be made before it is loaded into our database.
